Insperity, Inc. (NYSE: NSP), a leading provider of human
resources and business performance solutions for America’s best
businesses, continues its legacy as a top workplace by earning
recognition in three statewide programs in the large employer
category. Insperity recently ranked No. 1 on the Daily Herald
Business Ledger’s list of ‘Best Places to Work in Illinois;’ No. 10
on Texas Monthly’s list of the ‘100 Best Companies to Work for in
Texas;’ and No. 11 on the NJBIZ list of ‘Best Places to Work in New
Jersey.’
With approximately 2,300 corporate employees nationwide,
Insperity is consistently identified as a top workplace throughout
the country at the local, state and national levels. Since 2001,
when the company began participating in best places to work
programs, it has appeared 83 times on the respective lists,
reflecting Insperity’s ongoing commitment to be a preferred
employer. The rankings are not only a testament to Insperity’s
corporate culture, but they also demonstrate the industry-leading
practices that it preaches to more than 100,000 businesses the
company supports.
“When Insperity was founded more than 28 years ago, one of our
goals was to establish a corporate culture by design; one that
employees want to be a part of, expand upon and develop,” said Paul
J. Sarvadi, Insperity chairman and chief executive officer. “The
recognition we’ve received over the years is a direct reflection of
how our employees feel about the company and working here. I’m
proud of what we’ve accomplished together as we continue our legacy
as a top workplace.”
Companies on the statewide lists were selected based on an
employer questionnaire about the company’s benefits, policies and
practices, and a confidential employee survey conducted by Best
Companies Group (BCG). Categories in the employee survey included
leadership and planning; corporate culture and communications; role
satisfaction; work environment; relationship with supervisor;
training, development and resources; pay and benefits; and overall
engagement. BCG compiled and evaluated the data to determine the
rankings.
