Greene, 38, as senior vice president of corporate strategy and business development. Greene will continue to be based at the company's Cary, N.C. headquarters and will report directly to R.H. Donnelley Chairman and CEO, David C. Swanson. In his new role, Greene will direct the company's comprehensive strategic plan to help ensure the company delivers on its objectives as a leading-edge, full-service sales, marketing and lead-delivery organization for small- and medium-sized businesses. In addition, Greene's team will help identify and engage potential partners that help move the company's business forward. Greene most recently served as vice president & general manager of Dex(R) Search Marketing, where he was instrumental in the development of R.H. Donnelley as a sales account executive and quickly moved through the organization assuming a number of sales and marketing leadership posts. In 2000, he left the company to accept a position with Trader Publishing Company as general manager of EmploymentGuide.com, a recruitment website focused on hourly-wage positions. During his tenure, he was responsible for re-launching, re-branding, and monetizing the site formerly known as CareerWeb.com. He returned to RHD in 2003 to serve as the assistant vice president of competitive strategy and business development.
