-- Royal Brunei Airlines (RB), the flag carrier of
Brunei Darussalam, has signed a
letter of intent with Pratt & Whitney for PurePower PW1100G-JM
engines to power seven firm A320neo aircraft (together with three
options). A signing ceremony was held today for the new aircraft
and engines. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in 2018. Pratt
& Whitney is a division of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:
UTX).

To date, the PurePower engine family has more than 5,300 orders
and commitments, including options, from more than 50 global
customers.
