GVC Glacier Media Inc

A Correction from Source is issued for the Glacier Media Inc. (TSX:GVC) press
release issued earlier today. The company's new website was noted incorrectly,
and has been corrected to www.glaciermedia.ca. The corrected and complete
release follows:


Glacier Ventures International Corp. has changed its name to Glacier Media Inc.
("Glacier" or the "Company"). Shareholders of Glacier approved a motion at its
annual and special meeting held on June 24, 2008 to change the company name.


"Over the past several years, Glacier has significantly transformed the scale of
our business," said Jonathon Kennedy, President and CEO. "Glacier Media provides
us with a name and identity that better reflects our focus on growing through
the provision of essential information and related services in our two core
business segments consisting of: 1) the local information and trade market, and
2) the business and professional information market."


The name change was effective July 1, 2008. Glacier's website will change from
www.glacierventures.com to www.glaciermedia.ca. Glacier's trading symbol on the
Toronto Stock Exchange will remain as "GVC".
