Our third quarter produced a modest profit on operations. Our markets continue to be very competitive and are softening. Recent turmoil in world markets is creating a high level of uncertainty in commodity and currency markets. We expect to see significant reduction in the demand for our products. We are fighting our competitors for sales in a weaker market with high service and cost reductions. We continue to manage conservatively.

Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited manufactures a broad range of products for the electronic and electrical products industry, including metallic and non-metallic enclosures, racks, small cases, outlet strips, surge suppressors and electronic transformers.
