Ltd and UBS Global Asset Management Life Ltd have an interest in 19,097,337
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing approximately 12.76% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.


UBS Global Asset Management (UK) Ltd and UBS Global Asset Management Life Ltd
are subsidiaries of UBS Global Asset Management Holding (No. 2) Ltd, which is
also treated as having an interest in the above shares.
