(the "Company") announces that it has filed an amended management's discussion and analysis for the financial year ended October 31, 2011 (the "Amended MD&A") to include additional disclosure required by applicable regulatory requirements, and is issuing this press release to clarify the Company's disclosure. The Amended MD&A is available on Sedar at www.sedar.com. The Amended MD&A includes the following changes: 1. The date of the Amended MD&A has been changed to February 28, 2012 to correspond with the date of the auditor's report on the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended October 31, 2012. 2. Due to the change in the effective date of the Amended MD&A, changes have been made to the Outstanding Shares and Share Capital numbers in the Amended MD&A to reflect the Company's share consolidation which became effective on February 24, 2012. 3.
