Matrix Corporation (NEX: WRX.H) (the "Company") announces that
pursuant to section 211 of the Canada Business Corporations
Act (the "CBCA"), a Certificate of Intent to Dissolve dated
March 21, 2013 has been issued to the
Company by the Director under the CBCA. The Company has ceased to
carry on business except to the extent necessary for its
liquidation. After adequately providing for the payment and
discharge of all of its obligations, the Company intends to
distribute its remaining property to its shareholders in accordance
with the CBCA, following which the Company intends to make an
application to the Director under the CBCA for a Certificate of
Dissolution. Further details regarding the liquidation and
dissolution process will be provided to shareholders in due
course.
