They have 3.4 billion authorized, per their filing in Wyoming.
They also added preferred shares and changed the par value from $0.001 to 0.0001 for both common and preferred.

Now they don't have enough shares authorized for the conversion of the convertible shares. At current prices, they will need another 3 billion share authorization.

More likely they will reverse split and keep the share auth the same, so they can continue their massive dilution.

So they diluted 3 billion but still only have 3 billion o/s?  Lol I guess your strategy is to just post as much negative nonsense as possible; regardless of fact and hope your posts are the first thing anyone new to the board sees huh.

Share structure looks great IMO; would take more than a small increase in preferred shares to make any difference for investors.

You have zero sense here. Frank usually never dilutes a shell when he takes over. Take a look at his 31 other shells such ICNM, JPEX, DRNG, PRDL with history of no dilution for four years. With the right catalysts, this may come back. Imo. GL

Lies by companies on the X stock promotion pages they have may cause investors to lose a lot of money, though.

Yea we get it bud; penny stocks are all inherently risky.  Many have delinquent filings and many get delisted then come back and run.  Get off the board if you don't have anything positive to say.

Shorts, no need to cover. If this is the AAPJ leader dumping his 1 billion shares because he knows he needs to sell before a reverse split, then covering will not be necessary. No bid, 0.00005 may be coming soon, especially if AAPJ get placed on the "unsolicited quotes" status soon.

This overreaction today is an opportunity I believe. A bunch of 2s were sold, market makers got there 00025s. Should get back to 0005 in a week or two. 

Isn't that why they are Limited and not Current? Not likely a Q had anything to do with solicited quotes. Form 211? If they file that, they'll be current? Not sure need to take a look. Maybe the new CFO will get them current and get on everyone's good graces lol.

Nope. Not with a 3.2 bil o/s & a 3.4 bid a/s. Unless the DTCC had been holding these shares for some time and they just entered the float. If that's the case, it would confirm a float lock which is a good thing. Don't be boxing yourself into a corner there with wild stories yet again

You're DD is NOT GOOD. It's actually horrible and most time designed to insinuate fear, and manipulate. But been around OTC long enough to know your type 

Heavy dumping and more dilution likely so far today

Because 99.9% of the trades are done electronically and MM's are the ones that are required to report, little enforcement is needed.
Fails to deliver are electronically-trackable, too. If there were significant fails-to-deliver, then there possibly would be concerns about naked shorting (there are no concerns)
Often, the short interest reported can simply be the leftover short volume on the reporting day, which is often covered within seconds or minutes.
