It's 50/50 for my guess as Steve could RS or raise the AS to 25 or 30 billion and no one would yell at him.

Either way by May, as you state, something has to give.

In my opinion Ceo Steve Reinharz will either do a massive REVERSE SPLIT by May 21st 2025, or raise the Authorized Shares north of 25 Billion Shares.

It is my opinion that Ceo Steve Reinharz will file for 1 for 10,000 Reverse Split by May 21st 2025. The reason being is that the 52 week high was .0099 on May 21st 2024. The stock is currently trading around. 0022. Not sure how the 52 week high will be higher than that by May 21st 2025. My opinion is that Ceo Steve Reinharz if he does RS will use some of the following as the reasons...aka excuses.

- Uplisting for Non Dilutive Financing
- Uplisting to attract institutional investors

- Mentioning filing for Patents

I have worked many trade shows and when someones says "wow that is great" that is not a sale or takes a business card that is not a sale or gets their badge scanned that is not a sale. It may be as stated "Opportunities Created or Nurtured"

It all goes into a sales funnel (say the above 820) and out the bottom comes a few sales or more.

But 820 opportunities sound better when a penny stock CEO is selling shares IMHO.

P.S. how do they know there were not more incidents but the AI was not good enough to see them?

They don't use AI only cameras... but 73% already are, that number will continue to grow.

As with everything under a growth and adaptation phase, Ai advancements too have limitations that need a helping hand before they can become self-sufficient.
You mean like how AITX partners with Centralized Vision and other monitoring centers / SOCs to monitor the alarms the devices create? The alternative is to not using intelligent/AI alerts to identify objects (people, vehicles, guns, loitering, etc) is to have a person watching a camera wall, which is inefficient.

You also posted the article from a company that also uses intelligent analytics, they just also offer monitoring for their cameras as well. AITX doesn't do monitoring in house and partners with clients or reputable monitoring centers. So is this supposed to be a knock against AITX and spotter security or the entire AI security industry 😅

I would take an educated guess that Fortune 500 companies and muncipalities verify some measure of security before doing any work with AITX, as they do with most companies when they vet software.

The section in the article states: Facial recognition, access control protocols and surveillance footage are all instances where personal information such as photos, whereabouts, and personal data is at risk. Strong protocols have to be installed to prevent misuse of data and its protection.
This is a concern for any cameras or private data management, not just related to AI... which doesn't take into account human error/issue for these same concerns

Easy To Build A Bias Within The System
🤣🤣🤣 again..... no bias in human operators? All four of these listed are not new to AI tools or the security industry at all, its something that has to be constantly worked upon and maintained.

LOL always ask yourself why the big guys in a 50 billion dollar industry do not have security cameras that automatically call the police when they see an "incident".

Steve is two steps behind and spending money on something that will ultimately not be used IMO.

So to recap. How many devices are made and how many have been paid for? Shareholders only find out when they see the Financials, if they look.

Free Pilot programs, demo units to all the dealers and devices they use for testing do not count in sales but Steve will say "we have made 1000 Rosa's to date"

The dilution won't show till they change the AS.

134 million more diluted today should raise the Outstanding Shares tonight.

Almost hit .0018 at the end of day so that be the new low tomorrow.

My guess is Steve adds another 250 million to the OS and makes your shares worth less or almost worthless!
