They delisted the stock.

There is still life, the following looks like a recent update on Andrea website. The DA-250Q has now been updated to the DA-252. The DA-252 array microphone-speakerphone system provides superior performance of AI NLP conversational computing, enabling touchless applications in devices such as: Automated Teller Machines with remote video teller, QSR Drive-Thru systems with AI voice order entry, Interactive Kiosks with information search, Building Entrance Intercom systems with virtual doorman/concierge services, Autonomous Automobiles with voice control, and Smart Vending Machines among others.

Okay - so what just happened with today's volume? That's a serious dump - nearly1.2 million shares!

Market makers are lowering share price to advertise that there is a sale going on to entice volume.

Can someone enlighten me as to why there are days when 20 or 30 shares are traded. That would equate to a grand total of $.20. Why would someone do that?

Why do you think the lawsuit is still alive? I didn't see any appeal from the last ruling from the PTO. I thought that was dead.

I re-read your post and decided after 200 shares have been traded for a total of $2.00 that nobody, absolutely nobody cares.

Oh, I think there’s plenty of people that care. You never know when the jackpot is hit and you now don’t have to report it.

They aren't a profitable company and this is a cost they can cut and nobody cares.

No - I emailed the company and Doug Andrea responded they have no plans to release any financial information. Not exactly an endorsement to have any hope in the future.

I agree with you. Any stocks that I've owned that deregister their stock. Just disappear and cease to exist. Could be wrong but don't think so. IMO

This company is burning cash like there is no tomorrow , lacks revenue, growth and hasn't made a profit in decades. These last two decades should have been booming business ! Meanwhile the CEO keeps on getting a very nice paycheck. Based on what ? Results, prospects, vision ?

And on top of all the afore mentioned, it decided to no longer report !

There were 262 shareholders when they filed to delist I wonder how many fewer they have now and who is buying

Yet another great move. Andrea no longer needs to publish results. A great way to create a smoke screen for competitors. Absolutely no need to confront them with spectacular revenues and profits.

Another week goes by and no decision ...at least we know the consulting judges will have their weekly Shrimp boat and raw bar tower on Friday's to celebrate another week of paid fees and expenses at the expense of the taxpayer

Your tax dollars at work.... Not sure if the judges that rule on these things are Government full time employees, or if they are independent judges or professionals that bill hourly.. If they are the later, then why not drag it our forever at $700 per hour....

i agree though..... this should have been decided in less than 1/2 hour, given that they have been scrutinizing this case for over 5 years...
