Couldn't agree more. 

It would be nice instead of exercising a R/S they set aside 5%-10% of earning to purchase stock back at these levels which could later be used for capital later. They have what seems like a solid business and business plan any money funneled in at these levels will push this stock up sky high creating more opportunities to uplist as well as other forms of liquidity.

I can only assume it's bc current ownership knows what their company is worthand hasn't been around as long as we have. Less of a sense of urgency. I assume they feel the numbers speak for themselves 

I'd also like to know

Level 2 is so thin anything could make this go $ATWT just the recent earnings report this is way undervalued

I explained the fake numbers statement, they bought an asset that already had peaked and most likely the numbers that are being quoted are numbers that have been secured by Ploch and him and all contacts he used for those assets will not be there anymore. They needed an asset so they would not be a shell. If they are in need of some money, tell them to call up the TA and take off the restrictions on some of those shares. You guys say they can do it anytime, they have 100's millions of shares, they must know someone in their huge community that would be willing to put up a few thousand here and there to give them some "working capital." CLOWN SHOW!

Accusations of fraud. I mean on what basis? Again, the OTC pinks may not be the place for your money. I love buying undervalued stocks and I'll wait as long as it takes. This is a screaming buy. 

Net profit with good margin? When $600-$700 is digging deep into the company coffers, well I gotta say I might be inclined to think something aint right @ HQ? Fake Numbers!

The back and forth here is whatever, it's a message board, but the bottom line is this. Our market cap is under $1M, the company projects over $20M revenue in 2025 and great YoY growth. The company turns a net profit with good margins so we've heard. The growth potential on what we know right now is huge.  That's a fact. If this stock isn't appealing to you then the OTC is definitely not the right fit for you.

Me and my buddies have been in the deal since 2020 - of course we want the stock price to go up. No, we are not happy with $.001, but have faith that real news and results can bring it up to a few cents this quarter, leading to better gains by year-end.

YES, WE ARE OPTIMISTIC - what is the alternative, killing the Company, chopping down Management, and making false claims? How is that helping?

I'd like the first PR to be a bank loan that pays off Erop so the only dilution we see is from accretive acquisitions.

Yeah. IMO, they bought an asset that has seen its peak. Losing Ploch was the nail in the coffin, he was the heavy lifter in the operation.

Werbe talks about "integrity", how funny is that. Making up fake stuff and wild guesses and posting them is the OPPOSITE of integrity. You keep complaining about everything and not getting information - why not contact the Company directly? OTC Markets listings have all the contact information. ANGUS MARTIN, CEO - number and e-mail listed. DARNELL STITTS, CCO - number and e-mail listed. Year-end report should be out soon with real numbers and all of the updates. ATWT is "current information" tier, so seem to be making their disclosures. If you want your "simple questions" answered, then just contact ATWT, and you'll get answers. We are always kept updated when we ask ATWT directly, and have been since the change in control last year.

Corporate actions and personnel moves happen every day in business - Ploch is out. New Board members, new CEO, improved vision and direction. When we have a key question, we ask the Company directly, and they usually get back to us, either on the phone or by e-mail. Not unusual, no nefarious strategy or major conspiracy here. Ploch took a buyout and was removed by the Company insiders - the Board and the majority shareholders, including the new investors. I am pretty sure most of this was announced. Why so hard to understand? They also informed us that Prograde Excavation was Ploch's company, and when he left, that deal was nixed. No acquisition. I agree that they should alert the public about this, and assume they will.

Everybody listen to Werbe, quoting Shrek and calling people names. Werbe must have bought shares at a dime, feels wronged, and has to cry and whine and make 3 negative posts every day. Prograde acquisition was expected to close end of 2024. No mention of it. Announced beginning of October and Poof! But instead of the PR on a Saturday, stating Ploch and ATWT parted ways amicably, Lord Farquaad says Board and shareholders?? voted him out lol. I am surprised no one else has integrity to just ask simple questions like, why the BS? What kind of public stock has no investor page for like 4 months, ive never seen that before. Peeps here think this is going somewhere? Based on what, fake numbers?

Getting the share price up?..how about some updates,a news blitz,friendly MMs.
ATWT has a great SS as of now shouldn't be too hard to get this over a penny.
An awareness campaign and once this starts moving people will jump onboard.

Great post synaphai, that makes sense. We have heard that raising the cap was the next step, so they say they are getting current with Nevada and getting prepared for an increase in AS. More authorized will enable shares to be issued to new investors or target companies when needed. Still hard to get a reverse split done right now, but you are correct about getting the share price up. Something to speak with Stitts or Martin about right away.

My group (family and friends, let's be honest) hold 15-20M shares. Still adding to our positions since The Birch Company became part of this.  Needless to say we are very bullish on the future. 

It's currently a million dollar cap company so, yeah, nobody should expect the company to be run like Apple but headroom under the authorized share amount will have to be created either through an increase in authorized or a reverse split. With the stated goal of uplisting to OTCQB, a reverse split would make more sense because one of the requirements is a sustained bid price above a penny. Maybe the share price will get there organically but that'll take a 10x from here and it will definitely have to happen in order to uplist.

Of course Birch Company and the new Management team is not perfect - they were private, and have only been public for about six months or so. To presume that they should act like a Fortune 500 company is unreasonable. They have stated their plans to obtain more capital and grow through acquisition, while improving the fundamentals of the Company in 2025. They have been transparent with these goals. A delay in making a news release, or a faulty page on their website, or other similar misstep is NOT disqualifying. Our group is comprised of several shareholders, with collectively millions of shares, and have been in the deal since the 2020 acquisitions. There is no guarantee, but we want ATWT to succeed, and we are being optimistic - for good reason.

Ploch was forced out by the Board and the shareholders, on the basis of poor performance. Both sides were in agreement. Ploch is out, and the Company has big plans for the next three years. There will be no reverse split, and Management just informed us that the required audit will be underway soon. A Name Change and Symbol Change are targeted for later this year - OF COURSE THESE ARE NOT IMPOSSIBLE, anyone stating such is lying to you.

Advice for anyone, OTCM(OTC markets) has increasingly made crucial facts available to regular investors. You can scan any corporate actions taken by a company by checking their profile on otcmarkets.com and go to the security tab. Scroll down to where it says corporate actions and view each action taken by that company from splits to whatever. In the OTC world, these actions are what matter, not dividends or buybacks. Its what the company does with its words and actions, those are the narratives that matter 2 me. Its all right there, its how you form your opinion that really matters, dont let others do it 4 you.

SEC reporting vs alternate reporting really means squat IMO. You can have audited alternate reporting and still get funding from VC's or even offerings through SEC. They will go SEC to regain corporate actions and drop their shares on us. I lost the rest. of my trust here when Lord Farquaad showed up, touting that janky website. Most likely tied to past funding, so quite a drastic turn here.

Good point. They aren't corporate actions. Having said that I do expect the sec registration and audit. If the company does hope to grow, be transparent and instill investors confidence this is the way. 

Audit and form 10 ain't corp actions FYI.  Ticker change stock splits name change, all of this cannot be touched anymore because of lapse of filings.  They have to hope SEC puts their form 10 into effect and after that, FINRA accepting the new SEC reporting as a squash for the missed several years of alternate reporting.
