I don't know what kind of crazy numbers otcmarkets.com is showing for this, but the reality is there are 1,000,000,000 shares authorized and according to the company's website, over 40,000,000 shares outstanding.

1 bil isn't much for a RMer and doesnt imply anything unless they tap it. I have had a few holds this year from trip zeroes that ran to multi pennies with alot worse share structures. All depends what the new CEO does with it and how much interest it attracts.

I have been unable to find out much about the new control people of this stock. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure investing while this stock is in the pennies is prudent since the authorized is over a billion shares which implies that significant dilution may occur.
