Any wise trader would know if the company was out to scam us they would take shares off restriction already and sell them into the market. You need to understand when an OTC ticker is not marketed in years they lose all their value. What needs to be looked at when this happens is if their unrestricted share count (float) has gone up as the share price came down. Always reliable spikes here (Feb, June, Sept), always filing in time, never any change in SS or dilution.....and if there is a general market trigger (like elections...see historical market boosts) this can go to a penny on no time (check 2021 with a pps of 5 cents). OTCMarkets announced they are getting rid of the Pink Current tier and moving to what they call the "Basic Market", which supposedly will require greater levels of disclosure.

Of course, more fake or incomplete disclosure is often worse than no disclosure at all, especially when it is intentionally designed to mislead, which so many pink companies do. Undoubtedly OTCMarkets couldn't care less, as it is all about being able to charge their client companies more and more money to distribute the disclosure on their site, regardless of its factual nature. Scam companies welcome!
