More dilution yesterday and today. Joe jealous of Jeff being able to move so many shares of THBD.

OS now up to 3.23 billion as of 11/1/24. There has been more dilution in the last 10 days.  Joe must have jealous of Jeff outdoing him on THBD so he has to okay catch up...lol.

OS has increased from 2.4B to 2.76B in the last week with another 20 million shares diluted this morning. Canouse rides again!

Another 100 million shares diluted today. Because they can.

Another 100 million shares added to OS in the last month, not counting the 60 million that were added today.

Thought one triple 0 would come back to life but so far not one not even a smigden

Just noticed the company tripled its AS from 1.25B to 4.75B shares since 4/5/24.

OS count has increased 1.0B from 700 million to 1.7B as of 7/25/24. At least another 100 million has been diluted since then.

It Canouse and it’s to be expected. This time he did it with his own family entertainment center but really the stock, not the business, is a vehicle in which he dilutes the crap out of.

DNAX did a 3500:1 split and took it to .35. It's been let to come all the way back down to here. What do you think

Converting about 100 million shares per quarter now….still no revenues.

The sales of Canouse’s own family entertainment center is more than matched by the sale of stock by Canouse and friends himself.

Are people still trading this? Whatever happened to McKenzie did he end up in prison? The last time I checked in they had switched to car rental company or something and then solar I think, so what is it supposed to be now?

Since no revenues have been earned since they announced relaunching of DNA energy drink and DNA Tags , all you would be doing is supporting James Canouse’s $200,000 annual salary which gets paid in common shares.

Plus whatever interest expense they book for convertible debt and costs for the accountant.

This one could easily see .0001/.0002 . Just like all the other Canouse stocks.

They keep on mentioning that they are going back to the energy drink but so far nothing. The drink is just a standby dream imo. It’s just an empty shell right now.

I wouldn’t believe one written or oral word that came from a Canouse except for the amount of Notes Payable and Preferred Stock that is in their reports. If you have followed their stocks for as long as I have you see the pattern repeating itself time and time again and not for the benefit of the common stock shareholders. Then again there is always somebody that’s trying to make you believe otherwise.
