OK, going to lay out a possible reverse merger here.
GeoSolar Technologies, Inc
I have no shares, but when the opportunity comes up, and I feel it will happen, I likely will buy some shares. Saying all that, I might have some shares by way of a spin-off from Fourth Wave Energy, but only a few thousand.
At the end of November, GeoSolar Technologies, Inc, which Douglas is CEO of, will no longer be a subsidiary of Fourth Wave Energy. Immediately after the Spin-Off, we will be an independent public company.
The process has taken like 6 months, so he has not been able to do anything.
Douglas has like 65% of outstanding shares of EPGG, so he controls the company, which would be perfect for merging in GeoSolar.
GeoSolar Technologies, Inc sold almost 30 lots of shares with 100,000 shares each, $0.20 per share, those that bought them also got warrants for 50,000, these warrants are at $2.00 per common share. He expects big things, and the buyers agree.
GeoSolar looks to have a great leadership team.

He has said he wants to take GeoSolar to the OTC.
Initially, our shares will not qualify for trading on any national or regional stock exchange or on the Nasdaq Stock Market. We will attempt to have one or more brokers agree to serve as market-makers and quote our shares on the over-the-counter market maintained by the OTC Market Group.
Now he did not say merger, but those are just cautionary in nature to cover their rears that the shares are risky.
Anyways, that is my case that maybe something is happening anda decent company might merge in. He is not an idiot, and he has good people around him that will help sell GeoSolar. I think GeoSolar wont be profitable, but I am not as smart as those in the company.
Douglas is now Interim Chief Financial Officer, seems like the other guy is gone.
