I have noticed steady accumulation on the BID. Why?

Glancing at the financials and I see this...

On February 22, 2019, EPIC sold the 840,000 shares of common stock and 3,360,000 Warrants of RX Healthcare Systems,
Ltd., and 1,900,000 shares of common stock and 7,600,000 Warrants of EPIC Medicor Corp., all common stock and
warrants were qualified and registered under Regulation A to Tensleep Financial Corporation for a Promissory Note in the
amount of $71,500 secured by 71,500 shares of EPIC common stock. The amount of the Promissory Note includes interest
in the amount of $2,500 annually for five years, and the amount of the Note comes due February 28, 2024.

Not sure the significance of that transaction (if any).

That filing is really not old so it does not seem like the company is really abandoned.

Just not sure what to make of EPOR/EPORP

Why is this still trading when management says they are not engaged in any business activity nor merger

EPIC's Board of Directors has approved the Company's fifteenth consecutive quarterly stock dividend to its preferred shareholders as of December 23, 2016, and payable on December 30, 2016. They just announced a 10-1 reverse stock split. Someone just sold over 2M shares and drove the price down from .10 to .03. in the last 14 days.
