Much needed funding may be right around the corner, if not....I am not sure how long they can hold out unless more orders pick up. They are selling, but not enough to stand on their one feet just yet imo.

Yes, that is the new website....they just need sales/orders and pay down some of those tax bills they had on the books, then the volume will pick up.

Don't get too excited, with this kind of volume, it isn't a mover. We will need some kind of PR or news to get the old/new investors looking again now that they have a product that works...they may get some orders! Then the stock will start to move.

Equitech have announced a new team with Vince Evers. It also seem EQTL is upgrading to a new website for better communication to their customers and Share Holders.

There will be another new board member announcement next week. It looks like they are finally ramping up since they received an order from Nabisco!

Sept 22, 2011 Equitech Int’l is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Vince Evers as a member of board of directors. Mr. Evers will also be joining the company as Chief Operating Officer effective immediately.

The addition of Mr. Evers to the management team and also the board provides the company with enhanced executive leadership and management talent. With Mr. Evers’ assistance the company will be better positioned to capture a greater share of the significant market opportunities available to the company.


Vincent Evers, Board Member: Mr. Evers joined the board in September 2011 after following the company for a number of years. Mr. Evers has a strong record of combined innovation and field execution, developing new offerings and opening new markets. Mr. Evers leverages over thirty years’ sales, marketing, product management and executive leadership experience in Information Technology and Process Management. Mr. Evers has repeatedly led market teams who developed new offerings, introduced them to new industries, in new structures, and in new services combinations. Mr. Evers is a former partner with Deloitte Consulting, and a VP at Perot Systems and EDS. Prior to EDS Mr. Evers founded and was President of ERSI Retail Systems Inc., a software company focused on the design, programming and marketing of microcomputer software and communication network systems for retail chains. Mr. Evers received his HBA (Honors BA in Business Administration) at the Richard Ivey School of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
