(3)  The shares underlying the option vest as follows: 1,200 shares vested on September 4, 2015; 1,200 shares vested on September 4, 2016; 1,200 shares vested on September 4, 2017; 1,200 shares vested on September 4, 2018; and 1,200 shares will vest on September 4, 2019.
