June 29th, 2020: Golden Holdings Group (GLHD:OTCPK) announces a change in control. Former controlling shareholder Roger Fidler sold the majority ownership to Mr. Xin Min Tian. On June 20, 2020, Mr. Xian Min Tian has acquired control and now owns 38,776,000 shares of the total GLHD Common Stock issued and outstanding.

This agreement has been consummated and is not dependent on any proxy vote or any further action.
