HAWK SYSTEMS, INC. (PINKSHEETS: HWSY) www.hawksystemsinc.com, designer, developer of biometric products and systems, today announced the release of Auto Pass 2.0 -- a unique fingerprint security product that prevents auto theft before it happens. Shipments are expected to begin in late January.

Hawk Founder and Director David Coriaty said that version 2.0 has been developed after significant consultation with service managers across the United States and represent "A major step forward" in theft prevention and inventory management for auto dealerships and for their customers.

The new product, manufactured by Coconut Creek, Florida-based Zurvahn LLC, installs in half the time, and can store and track as many as 100 users. It offers dealerships real time inventory and fleet management, as well as provides consumers with a unique, fun and affordable security product.

Based upon patented Hawk technology, AUTO PASS permits the operation of a car only by an authorized person. Drivers simply use their fingerprint to gain entry to the vehicle and turn on the engine. The car will not start unless it is started by an authorized person.

Coriaty said that the product has "huge interest" from dealerships and that he expects to announce a series of key orders "in the very near future."
