It does not take a rocket science or a former wholesale / retailer florist to predict the IFUS pps will be going up from .03 in 2025.
It was also easy to predict that you would never call me or call Marc yourself to be an entrepreneur and use Supreme AG to build a private or international mulch/fertilizer based organization.
Starting a company by lying to potential customers that it is not bagasse obviously would never happen.
IFUS is being built the right way...Initially IFUS will have 4 separate divisions.
Supreme Gold Plus SGP+ will be a division that sells cattle feed locally,nationally,and internationally.
Supreme Agriculture Supreme AG will be a division that sells fertilizer/mulch locally,nationally,and internationally.
Supreme Oil and Gas will be a division that sells oil and gas clean up and spills locally nationally,and internationally
Supreme Intact Nutrition products for animals and humans will be sold locally, nationally, and internationally.

That lawsuit was also never publicly disclosed. There is a HUGE gap in the disclosure statements between 2011 and 2018. With statements between 2019 and 2021 extremely lacking.
Marc Walther doesn't pay his bills or judgments either.

In the order, the judge ruled that Walther likely would cause irreparable harm to the Company if the injunction was not entered. Walther was fired for cause from both Hydrogenetics, Inc. and Xynergy Holdings, Inc., but refused to step down from the Companies.
The Company is still pursuing damages in Miami-Dade County Florida Circuit Court Against fired CEO Walther for Breach of Fiduciary Duty and intends to seek damages and other relief based on the claim that he fraudulently and improperly issued a massive number of Preferred Shares to himself and a personal friend, Rhonda Windsor, after he was terminated by a majority of the shareholders for cause. The Company deems the preferred shares that were issued by Walther in an attempt to gain control of the Company to be void for the failure of Walter to comply with applicable law. The Company is exploring additional claims related to his acting wrongfully as CEO after being fired.

Check this out. "Nutri-Feed. The future of cattle feed". Don't worry the ranchers are sleeping. I want 100,000 pounds of SGP+. I am going to drop one small piece of corn, wheat and grain into it. Stir it together with a boat paddle. Never disclose it's bagasse or anything about the content percentages. And boys, the ranchers will buy it. All I will say is it is grain, wheat, corn and proprietary nutrients. The percentages of each do not have to be disclosed. Bragging about using bagasse was the mistake. And it's not anyone's fault. The ranchers are just too dang stupid to understand it. The ones buying it are smarter. But there is not enough of them.

That is understandable. Why don't I at least pick up the phone and call IFUS? It's because I have a fundamental difference of opinion in regards to certain issues. I could be wrong and maybe MW knows exactly what he is doing? Hell, I hope for the sake of IFUS shareholders that MW does well and turns IFUS into a very profitable company. I am staying out of it. If you know the science behind the IFUS products work, I have an offer for you.
I don't give a crap what MW or anyone on the face of this planet thinks about it. This offer is 100% for you and I will back it up fast. Me and you start or use one of our private companies to license the IFUS technology or distribute the products to my contacts. I want to make the money on the private side of a company that I have a controlling interest in with you specifically. No one else. Here are my terms.
I will not own, buy, sell or listen to anything concerning IFUS stock.
I will never talk to MW or any other shareholder in IFUS.
It's me and you with a private company that we can make money licensing or distributing IFUS products.
50/50 ownership.
I really was not interested in 20 grand cash to help. And I am sorry that I am stubborn and will not be involved with the IFUS stock in any way shape or form. At times I really felt like there was something behind the science IFUS has and that was because of the people fighting to control it. I am not here for that discussion.
I will call you if you are interested in discussing how we can make money privately licensing or maybe distributing IFUS products. I hope the revenue will benefit IFUS and it's shareholders. I like the idea. But we are going to need you to talk IFUS into agreeing to a non-circumvention agreement that protects our private company in regards to my contacts/customers.. My contacts are major growers/distributors and that agreement will need to also include their customer base.
My contacts do combined totals of billions per year. Would I really have helped for 20 grand in cash?? I doubt it. But I would like to make money and protect my interests on how we do it. That includes everything being 100% legal, ethical, paying all taxes, abiding by local, state, federal, and international laws/regulations.

People question your credibility based on what you post, not the time of day or night and you know it .IFUS shareholders know it,and even panther was a master of the obvious when he stated
Just as I give no credence to anything else you say about the IFUS scam.
My advice for you to get back on your meds was meant as health advice. The fact that you took it as an insult is astounding and quite illustrative of the fact that you cannot evaluate anything succinctly.
There is something that bothers me my friend.
What is preventing you from picking up the phone and contacting IFUS?
I do not know if your contacts are worth $2000...$20,000 or $200,000 dollars.I believe that your actual compensation could be discussed and determined based on the sales and revenues generated on the east coast or in Ecuador,Peru, or any other international country that uses Supreme Ag and generates possibly billions or dollars of revenue for the rest of your lifetime.
Many people have big dreams and small wallets.I believe you can have both.

How did $102.000 in inventory disappear with no record? The last report filed shows that existing inventory fell from $120,000 of feed stock to $18,000 in a year ... even though there were only $20,000 of sales in the entire year. So, $102,000 of inventory disappeared with no explanation. If this were a genuine company there would be either a detailed explanation or a thorough investigation in which heads would roll.
There are only three possibilities.
A) The inventory was given out freely to ranchers/farmers to use so that IFUS could claim it was shipping product,
B) The inventory never actually existed,
C) The inventory was sold but Walther stuffed his pocket with the proceeds and did not report them as required. This fits right in with Walther's well known and long term propensity of defrauding shareholders and embezzlement.
