Item 2.02     Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 15, 2023, Life360, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a media release announcing its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023, furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the original Current Report on Form 8-K filed on May 15, 2023. On May 16, 2023, the Company issued a media release correcting certain historical information contained in the original media release. There were no changes to the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the revised media release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this amended Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
