(PINKSHEETS: MDRM) (the "Company"), wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Declan French as a director and Chairman of the corporation effective May 22nd. 2014. The board wishes to thank Mr. French for his time and efforts in launching MDRM into the Medical Marijuana space in Canada and wish him all the best in his other entrepreneurial endeavours.
