MPEG bid is creeping up slowly to .0095 now. Sometimes this may mean a custodian is lurking about IMHO

Alpharidge is very active in G2P stocks. May have bypassed the courts and contacted the previous company managers to get control of the shell?

Some volume (not myself) going on in recent days

Alpharidge is paying previous company officers to clean up their filings from "stop sign" to get pink current. In the end the previous company officer becomes "Co-CEO" with likely some stock

Appears Alpharidge has found a better way to get otc current and bypass the court systems in Nevada and else where?

Alpharidge says they are on a mission to save as many shells as possible. Looks like Alpharidge (at least) will carry on to get shells and continue to do so after the Sept 28 deadline.

Alpharidge likes G2P stocks due to their dormant state and easy acquisition.

Former previous TA was Atlas Stock Transfer Inc. They were sued for 700,000 in a lawsuit (settled)

Schwab would not let me buy this earlier. After an online chat, I was able to buy shares 2 hrs later this past week July 19 or so.

MPEG was not CE. It simply was not in Schwabs system.

At least anyone with a Schwab account can now buy MPEG. I don't know about other brokerages.
