Seems they found some investors for the initial fund. This one is for the Amazon FBA e-commerce storefront. Fairly new filing of Cap raise. Investor presentation below is pretty good and has a ton of details.

Gov't is now certainly price sensitive, and I feel this bodes really well for the small companies that can improve efficiency and effectiveness of Gov't Agencies. We might be in great shape here. JMHO.

With Elon looking at things with cost minded hawkish criticism, I think these smaller companies may have a better chance than ever to land a contract now.
These smaller company are more nible and can usually create niche solutions and charge appropriately vs the big guys who have their comprehensive products and that's all they offer. JMHO.

Not really, I haven't found any govt contracts awarded to them. The Thorion Defense thing is too new for them to have won any from what I can tell. Maybe at some point. The guy they brought has a fairly transparent history in that side of cyber related defense contracting. I'm trying to figure out how the Funds they created are being utilized. Mainly what products they supposedly have in online Amazon or Walmart shops. Can't find anything. GLTU

Does the fact trump froze any contracts or funding shake you up a bit about this ticker?

Yes I understand that. Again my only question (which got answered even though the question was misunderstood lol)was the wording in the PR left me wondering if they acquired the shell to put a wholly owned subsidiary in or if it was to RM the company itself in. The wording in question something along the lines of “the 2 companies/parties will start working blah blah blah”.

Acquiring a shell company allows a private company to become publicly traded at a very low cost.

Yeah I’m just trying to figure out if they bought the shell to go public or well jest be a fully owned sub or whatever

they wrote a white paper in 2022 for crypto coin VLOKR but have not introduce it yet i cant find a price for it

One thing I’m confused about from the NR. Did they acquire the company to add to their portfolio or are they merging into this company to go public? Either way I’m stoked and loaded for bear lol

I do like crypto, and wow there seems to be a lot going on at arm's length of NB Tech and now NGMC.

This guy Ron O'Rourke (SeaDog) also works for Athna, Inc. $2B in government contracts over the past 10 years. 

He is a Senior Technologist for them. No reason to believe he couldn't make Thorium a player in the defense industry.

Ok we have some considerable 2024 moves outlined by the CEO of NB, and here we sit today with their acquisition of NGMC kicking off 2025.
I like what what is happening here, including the $1M of private funding rounded out in 2024 and the current $10M fuding round underway. I'm holding my shares for sure, because if I read these PRs right I'm seeing blue skies ahead.

My guess, 1st PR will likely be a ticker symbol and name change, but I'm hoping for a glimpse of NB's perceived value or future potential. Very exciting here today. I'm glad we have activity after so long a time.

If the NB startup proves to be promising, NGMC could increase in value significantly. JMHO.

Anyone here know what products they sell through their partnership with Rithium or the ECOM Fund 2? I've been looking but I'm not finding much. 

New companies website and info incredible. NGMC has no toxics or debt. This will be in multiple pennies soon enough imo.

Looking great here! Lots of continued volume. And a big jump so far! Now we just need to get out of these 4s and maybe a little news or corporate update to keep us going. Was going to sell half at 100% but starting to think I’ll keep them all (and maybe add a little) and see what happens rest of the year. GLTUA

I have to respect Hokiehead though for the fact that he doesn't become a bear on a stock he sold. He just vanishes. That much I'll give him. I mean that sincerely.

Where is Hookiehead? Seems like he's left BNCM dumping his million plus shares on them poor guys over there and he's gone missing on this X10 he kept telling everyone.

I’ve been grabbing some here and there and avg down . So far just 500k total but looking to grab a bunch more down here. Is there any reason I shouldn’t? Has this one run into problems that I haven’t seen or still the same gamble/risk here as always? Seems like a no brainer but figured I’d ask.

Looks like Tailored Tickers picked up 2 more shells in November already, listed below as 6 and 7, both currently EM.

I would think that TT may have buyers for the top 4 already and hopefully we see news, tweets or filings on them.

Looking at average MC's that were sold (Orbit Beyond, AFFL, etc.) they average around $5m. Good upside for AOXG and NGMC imo from these levels.

From what I can find Tailored Tickers only has about 6 tickers left, 2 are on EM so have a way to go.

They sold MAYX in June and AFFL in August, my guess NGMC and the other 3 may have already been sold or are in process?

Sitting at only $1m valuation here and great liquidity, this has a ton of upside from here imo.

About 1.25 million were hidden I guess…sheesh. Keeping an eye on this one. Still might buy.

What’s the deal here? Looking to buy but how many millions of shares does GTSM have at .0038?
