| (2) | These securities are held in one or more accounts managed by Eriksen Capital Management LLC ("ECM") or affiliated entities. 6,621,253 shares are owned by Cedar Creek Partners LLC and 438,000 shares are owned in separately managed accounts. These securities may be deemed to be beneficially owned by the reporting persons because he controls ECM, and ECM may be deemed to have a beneficial ownership of these securities because it serves as the investment manager to separate managed accounts and/or investment partnerships. |
