"He was Clueless. If not he would have given definitive conclusions, and wouldn't need a Crypto Expert to determine the tokens Value.
* Receiver said it appears fraudulent, though could not find an expert to work for nothing."
I don't think you even read the report. The report, although signed by Castleman, had three people who contributed to it.
David A. Castleman
Varinder P. Singh
Philip C. Berg
But you should have known that already from this 11/5 post:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175335882
These guys know their shit and in many instances, wrote publications about crypto and smart contracts. These guys have forgotten more about crypto than Osborn or Alfonso will ever know.

Philip C. Berg

Philip C. Berg is of particular interest:
Mr. Berg has led Otterbourg’s push into emerging FinTech fields of blockchain-based smart contracts and digital assets, including representing clients in exempted security token offerings. He has published numerous articles on the topic, including “Bitcoin, Blockchain and Smart Contracts: Commercial Law Is About To Be Disrupted” in the New York Law Journal and “The Case for a National Cyber Privacy Standard” in the New York Law Journal. He is an active member of the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance and the Chamber of Digital Commerce’s Token Alliance, and has worked with both the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. House Financial Services Committee on proposed regulations and legislation to provide regulatory certainty and consistency in these emerging fields. In 2022, Mr. Berg was selected as a Cryptocurrency, Blockchain & FinTech Trailblazer by The National Law Journal.
So are you telling me that Philip C. Berg (also) is "clueless"?
C'mon Major, LISTEN. Otherwise those who read this click the link and hear about NSAVx Technology...
Hmmm, now I'm wondering. Do you believe that the people at NSAV have thought up some sort of new technology that is so advanced that nobody else on Earth has ever thought of it before? Frankly, I'm baffled as to why you still believe them people (and even more baffled as to why they only only $43 in the bank).

SEC: Pink Limited, thats ALL.
* Receiver said it appears fraudulent, though could not find an expert to work for nothing.
If and when the PPS runs, NSAV has the right to dilute until the CEX starts Making Money. 2025, YEAR OF CYPTO MILLIONAIRES. NSAVX is disruptive. Going after OTC Companies, as the OTC Companies increase in Value, so will the utility / Value in the Tokens. NSAV has 25 to 50 % of those OTC Shares. There's a Platform; trading and effectuating transactions in 3 seconds. Than the FIAT, Zeus Pay, etc. Yes Divinci is still in Play. Here I'll Post the Links. Listen carefully. Maybe you will than see a light; not that light, the light at the end of NSAV $$$$

Regardless of levs inability to browse a website, the message from Bot Logic, aka Mike Osborn seems pretty dire. My take is that Vik wants what the court ordered, Tilton and NSAV no longer have counsel or cash to mount any appeal, and they will have to relinquish control of the company to satisfy the judgement. Will Vik do any better? Who knows, although I doubt it. Sell your shares before it tank, and then take Levs advice to buy 😆

Fly. "Oh darn, I missed out on NSAV's Naomi Village Resort (and the "Grow Op"), on "Tiger Hemp Beer" which was later changed to "Angry Tiger Beer" because, supposedly, China didn't like the use of the word "Hemp" (so, I guess, it didn't actually have anything to do with Heineken):
https://hempindustrydaily.com/3-business-takeaways-from-the-heineken-hemp-trademark-case/
And what about the hype surrounding the Blue Candy Brewery?
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/03/02/1414209/0/en/NSAV-Announces-Bottling-of-China-s-First-Hemp-Beer.html
The launch was a joint collaboration between NSAV and its China Joint Venture Partner, the Blue Candy Brewery, which presently has 134 employees and an annual production capacity of 30,000 kiloliters.
And I also missed out on those "MJCoin" things. Damn!
But wait!! So NSAV is now into crypto and tokens? I'm liking it!!" YAY!!!

Posted just now on The Alley:
Update from the Dev
I just heard that NSAV feels the plaintiffs counsel is negotiating in very bad faith. Not sure of details but one scenario is Vik wants total control of NSAV delivered first and once they have that, then and only then, will they begin to negotiate terms of a settlement. Seems like they want control and no release of any part of the absurdly priced judgement. These actions, the rhetoric, tortiously interfering 3rd parties, and the unethical legal behavior of counsel, may be forcing NSAV into BK. This is not fud or a ploy, this is simply giving you the opportunity to make decisions before the decisions are taken away from you by the court.
Funny how it's always someone else's fault and not the fault of the non paying scammers.

I've read that also. But what, going further, happens in the case of a "stalemate"? From what I've gathered the court would decide things.
Search Labs | AI Overview
If two sides cannot agree on a settlement, the case will typically proceed to trial, where a judge or jury will decide the outcome based on the evidence presented by both parties; this means that the dispute will be resolved in court, potentially resulting in a significantly different outcome than either side had hoped for in settlement negotiations.
The receiver wrote this:
In the event that the Court authorizes the Temporary Receiver to file Chapter 7 on behalf of NSAV, the Temporary Receiver will remain available to hand over all documents collected to the court-appointed Chapter 7 Trustee (who will also have the benefit of this Initial Report).
Remember also that the receiver mentioned the possibility of fraud:
Whether any of the prior acts of NSAV, Tilton, Silverbear, or others constitute securities fraud or other violations of the securities laws of any jurisdiction, is beyond the scope of this Initial Report.
So does Vik want to, possibly, inherit any part of that if the SEC (and/or others?) might be looking into matters here more thoroughly than the receiver did? And what about this:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175223969&txt2find=osborn
And this:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175153441&txt2find=George%20Sharp
And wasn't Alfonso also involved in some litigation also? (Hell, has anyone associated with NSAV not been involved in litigation? Just asking.)
I know most of you investors have been waiting for this for a long time to help ya'll potentially with your lawsuits so. I will eventually get to the scam that is NSAV, NSAVx, GivBux, DivinciPay, and Airdrop and every other token scam they create to fund their bank accounts. Because we all know it doesn't go into the liquidity pools.
So now the lawyer withdraws and, a little while ago, the CEO quit?
It just seems to me the mess goes beyond just Vik's Tilton/NSAV default judgment. 🔥🔥🔥
