He's chosen to keep communication to a minimum. I'm not going to speculate as to why. My conversations with him have been due diligence ,research based and appropriate.

I'm excited and cautious. I've always thought Knudson was a good CEO since the days of Xtra Bitcoin rocketing up. After the split there are 15 million shares. This could move so fast its scary. A real company that is pink current in a sizzling Idaho real estate market. In addition the capable Nikki Owens, with 18 years experience, works with Knudson both selling lots and developing floor plans.

Accumulation and building a position here is likely to do well. IMO

I do agree with you on Paul Knudson not being a dilution scam artist CEO (so far lol)
He could communicate and get back to shareholders better though.

I do believe this COULD have a very high ceiling if Paul runs the company right. The company currently is WAY under valued.

I've requested speaking with Knudson without success. No opinion on future pricing other than its worth more than where its trading currently. Good to hear that you added. Smart IMO. I like the fact that Paul Knudson is NOT a dilute scam artist. We'll probably do well here is what I'll commit to.

The $64,000 question is will the Protocall Technologies shareholders benefit from the success in real estate? This is a rare opportunity in a pink current, OTC micro -cap stock, that should be profitable with 15,000,000 million shares outstanding and a capable CEO.

This might get exciting quick.

Nice... I've been a holder for about 4 years. I also added some after the RS.
It's a legit OTC company and no dilution in years. What's your opinion the price per share could reach if they sell the remaining lots/homes by next fall? I believe there's only 15 left.

Short and long term. I bought more after the r/s on the basis of a low float and real estate progress. It's in several family accounts suitable for growth.

It might be safer to let filings speak for you but its not leadership. Investors need to hear from company. Knudson is a capable communicator.

Well, that was unexpected.
The OS pre-split was 1.5 billion with 2 billion AS.
My guess is they needed a better share structure for the type of financing they're looking for. A pr from the company would go a long way.

You would need to contact the company to ask why they did the one for 100 reverse split. OTC Markets does not display the past or current share structure so it is impossible for me (or anyone) to know if the Outstanding Shares (O/S)were (or were not) maxed out to the Authorized Shares(A/S). Previous Financials should indicate if there are (or are not) dilutive financings involved where the O/S is insufficient to fulfill their loan obligations.

So, read the Financials first, and if you cannot determine the reasons for the reverse split then call the company.

Thank you for your thought-out response. It's appreciated. It's frustrating to see a more legit company but no volume basically.
I'm assuming the board wants this to move so they can pay themselves eventually.

What's your honest thoughts on the OTC lack of volume and this company getting some recognition from new shareholders?

Looks like 200K gross profits on 600k in sales, I'm assuming this is from 2 or 3 houses sold. Most money was eaten up by expenses and paying back loans.
Hopefully, they used the first few house sales to clean up the books a bit.
It is nice to see this company finally generating revenues, if nothing else they're breaking even.
It will likely take the next few quarters to see the margins improve.
I think they only sold a couple houses in q2, while the majority of what we've seen on twitter will fall into q3 filings.
I always figured their profit would come from the last 10 or so houses they build, while the first lot of them will be to pay back the financing they put up.

Maybe it's wishful thinking... if the OTC was not so dead, this filing would have made people take notice.

They started generating revenue in Q2 of this year. -from most recent filing. Judging by the twitter, it has been snowballing. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the revs next quarter are higher than current market cap!!!

I also think we should see $8mil to $12mil Market Cap slowly grow organically. And that's being conservative. As long as they keep dilution minimal (AND THEY HAVEN'T DILUTED IN YEARS) this could be sitting at a very nice PPS in the future.

The almost daily updates are definitely a new step for PCLI.
Now that they've sold a few homes the rest of the estate will fill up for sure.
Given how comprehensive the financials are we'll likely see exact numbers for these updates soon, then we'll be able to gauge how much PCLI's stake will profit from this venture.
Once we see revenue this will move up organically, a 5 to 10 million market cap is not out of reach, we're at 750k atm.

Don't sweat it... it's a non dilutive, legit company, good SS, and now with revenues coming in, you'll be fine. I understand the frustration, it's been years in the making but it should be ok. Worse course it's a ripe candidate for a pump lol
