Rbii bought the company oxi thyme. They basically lied about the products effects during Covid to boost share prices and got caught. The company oxi thyme still exists in some form today.

They’ve been delinquent for over a year. They got fined by the SEC and had their leadership removed

oxy thyme was a pesticide from some other company RBII bottled and sold wasn't it?

If they name a new CEO and attempt to relist maybe investors can salvage something. Not sure their intentions or how long that would take. I think the company owes a lot in fines based on the outcome of the trial.
