Fact is for reason unknown RDGL is treating human neck lymph node cancers that had already spread from elsewhere vs. all prior work in animals treating primary tumors where Radiogel had a reasonable chance of eliminating the cancer. Another fact is RDGL skipped a monthly update. That's not a good sign. I deal with known facts at hand.

Last time they went radio silent, i panicked and became doubtful, I was wrong and learned my lesson. To me;

radio silent = extremely unexpected positive news

Complete disinformation. RDGL paid JHU Vet School to repeat the rabbit studies Dr Fisher screwed up. JHU Med School has no involvement with RDGL. Moreover, no matter who's running FDA, MK still has to submit an IDE application for human trials, something he has failed to do going on a decade now. There is nothing for FDA to consider until MK does that.

Again RDGL's single "improved" process patent and the "improved" application patent pending don't stop anyone from making a Radiogel offset. It's public domain now. There is no evidence whatsoever that MK's "improvements" yield any performance advantage over the now public domain product. RDGL's big buyout potential ended when MK failed to get Radiogel to market before the last patent expired. Saddest part is he didn't even try.

Sorry but any rational person can see there is no plausible path to RDGL becoming profitable via IsoPet. IsoPet has been and remains a 6+ year money toilet distraction from the only thing that matters, getting Radiogel to market.

I think you are spot on. recent post by Tradersque indicates "up to 5" treatments in USA. Depending on how compelling the safety data is from India, we May-O not have any validations required to proceed to "other than lymph" trials. maybe we move right into a liver treatment...

The 5 patients are doing great . In fact they've added 25 more patients to the study because they're doing so great!
Looking forward to those positive human trial results !

It's all being done as we speak. And guess what? Another 30 cancer patients are on deck to receive Radiogel or maybe they all ready have. Either way, next 10 business days we should be getting a update on patients preliminary results and IDE progress and more.

MK's pattern to date is a delayed update is a downdate, aka he needs time to put lipstick on a pig. Hope the 5 in India are ok.

1960s? Um, patents expire after 20 years. The last Radiogel patent expired in 2022. RDGL has a single "improved" manufacturing process patents and some "improved" application patents pending. None of that stops anyone from making an equivalent Y90 injectable gel. That's what happens when patents expire.

As far as the 5 patients in India, why didn't MK do that initial clinic trial when he first took over almost a decade ago? Why didn't he start clinical trials before his competition did after the last patent expired? Answer: gross incompetence.
