SCRYY Scor SA (PK)

Italian insurer Assicurazioni Generali SpA (G.MI) has narrowed to two the number of prospective bidders for the company's U.S. reinsurance unit, Reuters reported Monday, citing two people with direct knowledge of the situation.

One person told Reuters that French reinsurer Scor S.E. (SCRYY) and an unidentified U.S. rival are the selected bidders for Generali US.

Sole 24 Ore reported earlier that Scor and a U.S. entity were leading bidders, according to Reuters.
