Anybody on this board? Thoughts about how much longer it will take for new guys t turn this thing around? I am thinking two more years before audited financials come back.

I just sold SODI with little loss. Although the share buybacks are significant, the business itself is going down. The new CEO/fund manager is surely doing his best, but the business is going down and also as stated in their annual report, significant customer is looking for replacement for their product.

At least they got rid of the previous CEO but for hefty bonus.

Q2 (Aug) EPS came in at $.09 vs $.04, on sales of $2.1M (up 12%). First half EPS $.20 vs $.10 on 18% sales growth. Backlog surged 19% sequentially, from $4.9M at 5/08 to $5.8M at 8/08. Q2 book-to-bill ratio was 1.44. Cash-per-share now totals $2.04 fully diluted. SODI last traded at $2.50
