$TCNT - I guess not. Had pretty high hopes for this one due to the extremely low float and then Management stopped filing their financial statements.

It hasn't traded in over two years. Last trade: 9/13/22

I suggest you send an email to all the officers. If they don't get it released by a certain time, they will end up on the Expert Market and this will basically stop trading and fall to .0001.

They will most likely not respond to you but you might give them a kick in the rear if they forgot about the filing.

They have controlled this shell for 4 years. Not one PR about the plans for this shell has been issued during that time. Good luck.

TCNT - The filings are up to date. That's always a great start!
They own so many flipping shares - they don't owe us more than the "bare minimum".

These guy do the bare minimum just to keep the stock symbol alive. They have never updated OTC Markets to the new business description.
The initial thought was Sinpoli was merging into this shell. But that project seems to be on hold.

Same here. Been pecking away at it when I can. I've never seen a share structure like this one.

I'm just holding for the long run, not trying to daytrade this one.

Yep it's a great one. Patiently waiting for the eventual merger that will hopefully soon take place.

$TCNT - Just picked some up.....wasn't easy. Not too many shares out there.
Nice balance sheet! Very clean!! Only debt is related party stuff.

It's puzzling to the max. Who likes to just throw some good chunk of money out of the window for nothing? Still think we will get something big here but certainly would have expected something by now.

I sent an email late last year asking something similar. Did not get a response.

Crazy stuff here. Whatever happened here lately? They came up with a gazillion filings to get current after years, endless costs and effort involved and then instead of coming up with the anticipated reverse merger or whatever they go silent again. I would absolutely love to talk to the guy in charge of all of this and hear his explanation of the action of the last 12-18 months.

it seems someone has become impatient and wants to try and buy bargain price elsewhere.

I expect it to hit 2-2.50 once it goes current again and then we will see.
