Teton Advisors Declares Dividend of $0.60 per Share

Rye, New York, November 16, 2012 – Teton Advisors, Inc. (OTC Markets Group: TETAA) has declared a dividend of $0.60 per share on its Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock payable on December 28^th, 2012 to its shareholders of record on December 14^th, 2012.

Teton is the registered investment adviser to six open end mutual funds under the TETON Westwood brand, along with separately managed accounts.  At September 30, 2012, Teton’s assets under management were $843 million.
