all investors from the early 1990's can you hold on a few more weeks
we all saw a movement into the two dollar range. that run collapsed hanks to the Pap Bros. after the soaked us. I don't see a halt at two bucks, perhaps at five as NASDAQ treats all rightly different than the OTC.

after reading Mr seeds January prediction I wasn't surprised to hear similar mentions. yes January was to be a target launch
merger and NASDAQ listing directions a well. Sure wish Susan would foo the 200 dollar fee and drop a press release.shucks if I knew she would heck I would gladly put up he release fee.

Mike, there is a lot more involved than fees and costs, imo. The case is just a smoke screen aka distraction. Hold tight.

That was the PR from December 22' shareholders can read what she said off the TMMI website, a well scripted announcement....

She is owner of another company, which she pointed out in a press release that they were working with a company, which Imo, is TMMI as well as taking steps into the future of surveillance security and Artificial Intelligence....
As CEO it is her duty to standup for her shareholders and report, especially now, if this case is actually over, on the futures of TMMI technology....

IS the technology outdated or will it be used with today's world of Artificial Intelligence and security surveillance????

The quarterly report was due on the 15th. It failed to appear and this morning the stock is now Pink Limited. Oops. This has been a consistent pattern with TMMI.

Stockseed: Why buy? If North Star Ventures Holding, Inc. has a significant connection to TMM, Inc. (TMMI) and has put up $million+- why wouldn't they have driven up the price by now? Hopefully TMMi will update on status and future products. As I read the last case they owe money they don't seem to have. Just does not make any sense.

I just read the court (Case No.: A-19-798443-C) case. looks like TMMi owes Dimension & Digital Focus IMO. What about the rights to any patent etc? You would think with all the intertwined business's Susan would fine a way to report to the shareholders of TMMI. North Star Ventures Holding, Inc. has a significant connection to TMM, Inc. (TMMI). In December 2017, North Star Ventures converted $1 million of its debt to equity in TMMI, making it the largest shareholder of the company. This move was a strong vote of confidence in TMMI's new direction and technology suite1. Also Phoenix Capital. These are from a search on Pilot. Anybody know the facts?

Well at least that address is not the usual mail stop. Looks like a home not an office. I could be wrong but it looks like the same transfer company as TMMI.
