Thanks Hoonigan. I’m not looking to debate your formula. However, please keep in mind that UHP is applying for a PMA for Gauze only.
Gauze makes up 25% of the Hemostatic market.
The rest is gels, powders etc.
The entire Hemostatic Gauze market is approximately $1 billion per year at this time.

BTW, Kevin O’Leary owns a ton of JnJ stock and it’s one of his top 10 picks. Maybe he should buy up some UEEC while he’s at it.

Made a mistake should be --- If the UEEC products get 10% of the market over the next five years that is $3 billion and they have 25% earning the company is worth $750 Million. Based on the standard 5 times earnings company cost valuation that the great Kevin O'leary uses, the stock is worth $3 a share. 5% of the market it is worth $1.5 (based 250 million shares). The missing facts are percentage of earnings and market share. If you have those to facts you have a solid valuation estimate.

Wow 7 million shares sold in the last month 57% were long holds diluting the market with shares driving down the stock price to these crazy levels. I keep buying all I can and feel liking I am stealing shares but someone needed some cash or end of year right off really bad. We all know who sold 10 million shares and was a shame they had to sell them. I am positive UEEC is rounding up some serious investors for the new year.

Surgicel Absorbable Hemostat Market Size was valued at USD 4 Billion in 2023 and is expected to reach USD 9.7 Billion by 2031
Break out that calculator and visor to double check me, I did this really quickly in my head without coffee and with a flue bug! feel free to start slinging mud, I have my roll off goggles and helmet on.

Here is a link to a recent market analysis (link!!) Surgicel Absorbable Hemostat Market Size and Projections

If the UEEC products get 10% of the market over the next five years that is $3 billion and they have 25% earning the company is worth $1.5 billion. Hopefully RFK and DOGE can rid the FDA of its in-efficiency and corruption that has been pervasive in the pharmaceutical industry for years! In the meantime here we are!

If there is one iota of truth in what you state; please state why this piece of crap can't even sell over the counter in any country, anywhere on Earth. The FDA can only limit sales in the United States. It has been over a decade. Where are the over the counter sales?

Please stop lying. It helps no one.

“However, they put their name on Hemostyp when they declared it superior to the industry leader.”

And using this lie to support a false statement:

“They wouldn't do that if they weren't eventually going to approve it.”

I know this is just a message board and anything goes, but blatant lies have to be called out.

My hope is that UHP is on the right path going forward. But all these conspiracy theories, combined with lies are so unfortunate.

Hopefully, he is done posting in 2024.
If that’s the case, I look forward to reading the board in 2025 , when there are some REAL events to comment on.

The one thing I can't stress enough is this from what I've heard from people who have used the band-aids. If you use one, you will never go back to the J&J crap bandages again. Essentially, they are worthless compared to the Hemostyp band-aid. Then of course you get into all the surgeries that will be using Hemostyp which will become the standard of care the second they are approved which we all hope will happen. All these delays are happening for a reason. Some will blame the company for the delays. I'm sure they could have done some things differently. However, make no mistake. The corrupt FDA is nothing but a puppet for J&J. That is one huge reason the new administration under Trump is going to clean house on them. J&J's bread and butter has always been band-aids. When people find out they have to use one Hemostyp band-aid, maybe a second if the cut gets wet instead of 10 to 15 J&J band-aids and the wound heals 3 to 4 times faster with a hemostyp band-aid, it causes extreme fear for even the biggest pharm company out there. They can say whatever they want. J&J is afraid. No matter now small the possibility is that they might not be able to obtain UEEC's product. They're afraid. The last move the FDA pulled proves that. As I said before. Absolute corruption asking for more abdominal surgeries when you had 4 years to do so. It's a slimy, corrupt tactic that they can get away with because of the simple fact we are a small OTC company. However, they put their name on Hemostyp when they declared it superior to the industry leader. They wouldn't do that if they weren't eventually going to approve it. If these delays weren't so painful I would be laughing my ass off that a little OTC company with a game changing product is scaring the biggest bully pharm company on the planet. J&J always talks tough. Saying they won't chase something. Historical, they always overpay. Just imagine what they will pay for a product that not only will eliminate Surgicrap but could potentially wipe out their band-aid market.

Agree, wave and good point!. I don't think we will see any comment from the FDA other than an approval or denial when they finally feel they have enough information to make that decision.

Thanks GR$. Yes, UHPs clinical trials absolutely showed superiority. That is definitely a fact.
This PR wisely notes that the UHP team made this clear to the FDA in their discussion.
That was smart. In the quote you have provided “ the company (UHP)noted the results of its clinical trial.” That is great.

In no way does this indicate that the FDA has given Hemostyp (CelluStat) a superior rating.
👍️0
GetRch$lwly GetRch$lwly 3 días hace
Per UEEC's press release. They were the one to first use "superiority"

During the discussion, the company noted the results of its clinical trial involving 232 patients (of whom 118 were treated with its hemostatic gauze) that showed both non-inferiority and superiority for time to hemostasis using CelluSTAT (fka HemoStyp) relative to the standard of care and showed no evidence of heterogeneity of results across procedure categories, surgeons, or clinical sites, indicating both poolability and generalizability of study results.

I think we have more opinions than facts.. fact is we don’t have the information from the company that we need entirely and we are going off of hypotheses and I do think some of us have aspirations that are a bit too high but then again on this market nobody knows anything., I’ve seen totally useless pieces of shit run for no reason at all.. let’s hope we go the right way and get the proper fda approval because that is how I would like to see it play out.. no scams no pumps no stories.. just facts and an approval that makes us class 3 because that is what we really need

I almost made it to the end of 2024 without engaging with any more of this person’s posts, but this is so inaccurate that I just can’t help myself.

1. When did FDA give Hemostyp a superior rating. Trust says this twice.
“ The FDA as I said gave this a superior rating.”

2. DBnews was not “completely wrong “. Hemostyp (aka CelluStat) is a class 1 device that could be sold in retail.

3. It is not a class 3 device until it gets approved. It is a class 1 device. There was potential in this market but UHP decided to go all in on the PMA.

4. It didn’t go to $2.45 due to a “fast track announcement.” It was an unprecedented surge based on pumpers and MM creating a huge Shorting opportunity (remember White Diamond)

5. $20-30 per share. Sounds good, but just a made up number. DB’s numbers are far more realistic.

6. His Bandaid rant is hilarious. But he sure talks like an expert, though he has never bought or used the “band-aid aspect” of this product.” Somehow he knows one would require up to 15 more band aids. Why didn’t he spend $20 and buy the superior product? They were available to the general public yet he never bought (or used) a product he’s invested in, yet he boldly states “ The band-aid aspect of this product is going to put J&J in serious trouble if they don't get the product”

7. “ The projected current value of the company when it was appraised was 4 to 900,000 million.”
4 to 900,000 million. What the heck.
$900,000,000,000.00
That’s just wild.

8. The FDA conspiracy is odd. I’ll leave it at that.

Hoping for the best in 2025. To the posters asking intelligent questions and/or attempting to add a rational voice to this board, keep it up Please. Trust me, there are readers here that really do want to have those discussions. It’s just hard to get berated but the angry man.

The opinion was from a medical professional who is the smartest person I know. I think there has been commentary from board members who have stated that the approvals for Dental and Vets. were in place. A Annual Report a couple years back actually showed a $35,000 product sale for the only income stream I am aware of. I am not sure but the 35K sale of product may have been to a Dental operation. It was my understanding that these two approvals were obviously different from the in human surgical uses. IMO if they have these two approvals in place; the bottom worst case is far above the .05 cent range we now see. But I agree; the real hope is for the elements of our government not functioning in the public interest to be gone. Hope is in sight. Could we add a little "Joy"? LOL.

Completely incorrect DBNews. This is a class 3 device. Almost impossible to get approved. They were already given a superior rating by the FDA to the only competitor for class 3 on the market. Which by the way is a pile of crap and was never FDA approved. Grandfathered in. I would be shocked if it didn't go to 3 to 5 dollars on approval. It went to $2.45 when they announced they were on the fast track program for the FDA. Which by the way obviously was a load of crap from the corrupt FDA who will soon have over half its criminal employees fired. I said from the beginning. 20 to 30 dollars if they get approval and sell the company. 4 to 6 billion for this product is fly sh!t for a major pharma company that gets this product. They will make that back in the first couple years. Oh and by the way. The band-aid aspect of this product is going to put J&J in serious trouble if they don't get the product. I know people that have used them. You use one of this companies band-aids. Stops bleeding. Heals the cut much faster. You don't use 7 to 15 more like you do with the regular band-aid crap. Believe me. J&J knows this. You are kidding yourself if you don't think they have stalled approval on this with the FDA. Their band-aid market will suffer massive losses to Hemosytp band-aids. Don't be fooled by the current share price. It's what happens when the FDA is corrupt, uses stalling techniques and the stock is on the pinks being heavily shorted. The FDA as I said gave this a superior rating. They can't stall forever. The projected current value of the company when it was appraised was 4 to 900,000 million. Sales price usually goes 6 to 8 times that. 4 dollar a share for each billion. 2 dollars a share would be if they couldn't get this to the finish line approval wise. Like I said. Take comfort in that the FDA firings are coming.

New to board. Been watching board for many years listening to all your opinions on this stock. I bought in at the beginning at .09 per share (about 40000) shares. Sold about 15000 over the years at .65 to .75. Got all my money back as the original purchase was a whim. I have seen all the speculations about a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I saw the stock hit over $2.00 per share, was thrilled, only to see it drop. Now its below what I paid for it so many years ago. Any idiot who thinks this is going to $5 or $10 per share on a buyout is not a real investor. If the FDA ever approves this, and I mean ever, we would be lucky to get $2.00. That would be OK for me. Stop saying it is worth so much.

It's not for the faint of heart having to wait for the corrupt FDA...The FDA isn't corrupt,,, yet. It's their job and they do it well. The FDA waits on the uhp corp to deliver the proper paperwork. It's on the scam uhp to deliver the goods, they're the ones to blame, not the FDA. It's never been the FDA. Constant repeating it's someone else's fault doesn't make it true.

Amen and someone got some race gas in the engine when the shares dropped to this crazy low price. Hopefully everybody picked up the cheap shares, I know my trucks are full. Their no longer diluting the stock shares anymore with White Lion which is great news and going with more conventional investors to get this over the finish line as fast as they can. Thank the big man in the box seat that someone saw the light. I spent some time following the money trail and was going to do a post on it -- If you look at White Lion's companies they invest into with the same deal as UEEC got, their charts are identical to UEEC and the companies are all at the white flag lap and need some cash, then the stock goes to a record low and they need more cash. There's a pattern - high risk and reward investing or something else?

Time for more race gas and burnouts! We all know the trials are a slam dunk then cha-ching, cha-ching!

That's a good point Dogooder. The tax strategy is very real this time of year. I also hope they will be uplisted next week from the pink sheets. So, you might be looking for shorts to get in all they can before the holiday. I've actually used the product. It's obscene how good it is. It's also laughable how bad Surgicrap is. However, sadly I have learned that the FDA doesn't care at all about saving lives. They are corrupt. All the care about is money and keeping their jobs. Much like the SEC. Thus, why this new administration is going to clean house on both of them.

I'm not saying the company hasn't made several mistakes along the way. They most certainly have. However, this 6 month delay is Corrupt FDA 101. Absurd to ask for more abdominal testing when they could have done so 1,2,3,4 years ago. Everybody working in pharm knows the corrupt FDA is a puppet for J&J. Now they have an administration with full power that is going to unleash on them. Long overdue. I suspect you will see resignations soon in the FDA much like you are starting to see in the SEC.

If you believe in this product, have ever used it for whatever reason, you will know why many of us are willing to stick this out, most of the pressure on the stock is tax loss selling, why not, imagine most investors have huge gains year to date, so using the losses in ueec makes sense, they don't care what they sell it for , the lower the better.
This however represents a great opportunity to buy stock, people who believe, and those willing to sell at the lowest price possible. I believe we hear something very soon related to the surgeries yet to be done.

Ignore him. He's not a shareholder. He's a short. He's done nothing but bash the stock from day one. Making up lies before the holiday to upset longs. What is happening is common sense. One, the company got f'd over by the corrupt FDA with this additional abdominal testing request to make the ratio larger to the vascular testing when they could have done that many years ago after clinical trials. So, they said 6-7 months. Thus, you probably have some people that are willing to sell shares even for not much return, put it in stuff like crypto or something else they think is going up soon and then buy back later. Second, the company is on the pink sheets which is a shorts dream. That's because hundreds of brokerage houses won't let you trade a stock on the pinks. So a big guy who buys through his brokerage house isn't going to be able to come in, pick up a million shares, drive the stock price up and catch the shorts. Most investors aren't patient. As patient as the longs of this company are, if they were told 6 to 7 months because of this corrupt FDA move, they are more likely to sell than buy for the near future. What I do know is talking about matching up the product from the U.S. to the China plant is horsecrap. That was done a long time ago which is why they submitted a complete PMA. The SEC, FDA, all are going to get hammered when Trump gets in office with full legislative power.

Jimmy, I only know how to give realistic fact based summaries. If this is what you want, read below.

The last major spike in share price came in September/Oct 2020. And then again May/June 2021. I believe you were starting to get interested in this stock around that time. Not sure if you bought it though. For your sake hopefully not at the Sep/Oct 2020 prices.
There was plenty of PMA excitement and PRs at the time.

https://uhpcorp.com/united-health-products-submits-hemostyp-completed-pma-response-to-fda/

Unfortunately we are all aware of the repeated delays and PRs to follow for 4 years which brings us to today.

It really doesn’t matter whose fault it is or what government agency people want to blame. At this point I imagine there is overwhelming investor fatigue. Many like myself held on to 10 cent shares that we could have sold for over $2.00, in hopes that the real payday would be even richer. And who knows, it may be.

If you read my first ever post on here you will see I was predicting an eventual payout of $3.10 per share.
Even in my infamous Memorial Day 2023 post I still predicted $2-3.50 pps. (Still not positive enough for some)

My guess is a lot of the low entry price investors have just plain old had enough and are agreeing to sell at these prices to just get out and move on. Take a little loss or a little win. This will likely continue as other investors that are assuming a loss will get out for tax reasons and possibly buy back in 2025.
For me, I’m holding onto my shares. I spent the money a long time ago. So life has moved on without it.

For the record I am considering buying more. I thought UEEC was a value when I originally bought in at these prices, and as it turns out we are obviously (on paper anyway) closer to PMA then we were then.

I do feel that one day PMA will happen. Until then, I will just monitor this board and give my opinions when I see fit.
