SECAUCUS, N.J., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United Energy is pleased to announce, their distributor in Nigeria, (Facility Solutions Ltd.), has submitted to United Energy a sizeable purchase order for KX-91, to facilitate the cleaning of a holding tank of oil and sludge within Nigeria's substantial petroleum community. This project further substantiates the recognized value KX-91 has as a cost effective, environmentally safe approach to tank remediation. KX-91 liquefies the sludge formed in the tank and converts it from waste material to a sellable oil product. Once liquefied, the oil is separated from the water present to provide a product that is acceptable to refineries. Any inorganic material separates from the oil and is easily removed by conventional methods. Residual oil and sludges are removed from all metal surfaces, allowing treatments such as metal cleaning to be applied, thus restoring the tank to its original capacity. This is not the first tank to be cleaned with United Energy's chemical by Facility Solutions.
