On July 30, 2021, URYL issued a press release announcing that it had entered into a letter of intent with TrueNorth Quantum Inc., a corporation incorporated in the Province of Alberta, Canada (“TrueNorth”) for the Company’s acquisition of TrueNorth. The parties are working towards entering into definitive agreements.
