It's a shame that you're stuck with a ticker that hasn't put out a financial report since 2021, has been relegated to the Expert Market, hasn't had a penny in revenue since Miller took over the ticker and is being dumped out of accounts at $.000001 because they're worthless.

Oh, and the SS is maxed out so if Miller ever does get off his fat ass to do something here, it'll be to implement a massive R/S which will remedy the situation for you.

I was just pointing out that since you can't sell them to anyone (aka not trade them), dumping them out of your account to an MM may be the only thing you CAN do with them.

What does Miller say you should do with them?

Don't be obtuse. Understanding how MMs work is basic knowledge. The MMs don't "buy" shares. They are required to accept them as worthless, which is why they take them at $.000001.

I don't know how much more I can dumb it down for you, energy. Trades, at least to me, indicates a buyer and a seller. Let me be clear, no one is on the buy side of the trades you're espousing. I repeat, retail cannot buy at the 6th digit. Count the spaces here. .000001. There are 6 of them.

If you want to buy USEI, place an order. You can get them at $.0001. NOT at $.000001. If you're tired of seeing USEI shares in your account because you feel silly holding them, an MM will take them off your hands at $.000001. That doesn't qualify as a "trade" in my book.

Oh, energy, my friend. If you'll check the trades you're referring to, you'll see that they were for $.000001. I can't believe I haven't mentioned this before on the board but those are not trades. They are people who are dumping their shares out of their accounts as "worthless securities" to MMs whose responsibilities are to pick up those shares. They then hope to sell them to retail for $.0001. Often times, they can't but since they cost them so little as in pennies, it's no hit to them.

You should at least know that retail can't buy at the 6th digit.

Notice the price indicated by "0.00". Not a $.0001 in sight.

The BMCS Commodity Vault shows activity over a month ago. Transfer of 100 coin or around 5k. Imo, he either did a test for investors or transferred funds for filing fees and to move up to the OTCQB as he said would happen last summer. He mentioned the revised 15-C 211 using the piggyback rule. From what I could find online, they acquired Vault and revamped it. They were a QB filer.

Imo, we may see some news early next month if not sooner for BMCS.

Hope we see USEI resume trading on the PK before the 4th pf July.
