I've been sitting in Fidelity for almost 2 years restricted from selling shares of WBSR that I transferred a Fidelity Account. Does anyone know of firms that are accepting shares of WBSR other than secondary firms that are charging exhorbitant fees? I'm not the only shareholder in this situation.

New update possibly good news! I had a text exchange with the CEO and here is a screen shot of some of the conversation! I asked him directly about the merger and share distribution! Please let me know what you think and hopefully this is true!😀💯👍️💵

Well, both Securities Transfer Corp and Vstock Transfer, LLC said they both know of the press release stating the merger and stock redistribution will happen but, have not gotten any official order from either company or the CEO yet? Sorry that's all I have found out so far and I will keep you guys posted with any other information I find out. They both did say that the SECwill be the first place notified of a merger and documents have to filed with the SEC first so look at both companies document histories at the SEC here EDGAR | Company Search Results

I did contact FINRA but they said I would have to be a broker or business to speak with me about the matter. They suggested I contact the transfer agent which I will do tomorrow since it's Thanksgiving today! I did notice the new website though! Webstar Technology Group, Inc.

So, now they have 3 websites Thunder Energies Corp. and Bear Village Resorts. Which if these 3 business ventures pan out $7.00/Share is probably correct but, so far we have seen no growth at all! I will call the transfer agent and find out more! The transfer agent for TNRG is Securities Transfer Corp and WebStar is Vstock Transfer, LLC If anyone else want to try to figure out this riddle within an enigma? Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I am an OG Webstar stockholder :)
My only guess is they have to be holding on to some piece of information, etc. they have not released or made public yet. When (if) that ever comes, I believe that is when we will see the big jump.

I did read all the press releases on your TNRG board. Again can anyone tell me how the heck the WBSR stock is going to increase from .23 to $7.00 that quickly. Many of the Webstar Technology stockholders have anywhere from 100,000 shares to many millions of shares. I would be elated and so would many of us. Honestly it sounds like a pipe dream. Another thing is someone posted about when he is going to receive his dividends from ECO-2. That is strictly for the original Webstar stockholders only and something I will keep forever and pass down to my sons. IMHO we will not see dividends until at least the spring of 2025. So much left to be done to get there.

He said it was going to be between Oct 20 - Nov 15 and has not happened yet! TNRG and WBSR are supposed to merge and new shares to be issued at 7.00 per share but I have not gotten any new share yet! Has anyone received their "dividends" for ECO yet? I cant find anything on it.

IMHO "In Play" means there is a "pumper" among us. Many of us have been through this crap many times before primarily with penny stocks.

I also went to the new website and found nothing on the press page. Can you please let me know either what you found or where you found it or both...

I went to the new website again and went the the press page and found that one can download a couple years of press releases there. I haven't time to read them, now, but several looked interesting, and they will give a better idea of what the buyer of WBSR is involved in. FYI

I gather it means it is going to start being promoted. I just hope that there is a sound business to promote. I am glad they are still filing on time, but we need to see the new business numbers to know anything at all, and also be given some idea of what the future holds. However, it is nice to have signs of life............

That is a big increase. The only thing I can think of is they (the company) have something "juicy" (info, plan or otherwise) that will increase the value....?

What I don't understand is how the new group running Webstar think they can pull off selling shares under Registration A at $7.00 as share when the stock is selling between .10 - .13?

Well, Web StarWBSR is merging with Thunder Energies CorpTNRG and it supposed to bring the stock up to 7.00/Share.

Here is the latest news on the TNRG and WBSR redistribution of shares!
According to the CEO and the text exchange between us by the end of the month or early November the WBSR shares will be given on a one-to-one basis to all TNRG share holders! Here is a screenshot.

I hope so! I been a long time share holder and been waiting for years and it looks lke it may happen. I guess we will see!

Here is a text message from the CEO of TNRG/WBSR stating the stock transfer is happening and I called the actual number and spoke to secretary and was put throught the CEOs Voicemail and got a response!

When do the Thunder stock holders officially become wbsr holders? I imagine we will see some kind of filing that that has happened? Before or after this 7.00 filing happens? In time for Q4?
Supposed to break ground on that resort within 12 months of the filing, if I read it right.

LOL, I remember when I first was pointed at IHUB, the posters would look at the trading volume and say that such and such a number was a signal to brokerages. I have a hard time believing that there are enough brokerages trading this to bother with a signal, but I would say that 666 had to be one they mentioned. Now, the interpretation? Seems like it would have to be bad...........but bad for whom. Must be "help...I need shares" Maybe someday.

I really don't want to see manipulation here, just a solid business that increases in value for everyone
