Cariloop, the leading comprehensive caregiver support platform, is proud to announce the addition of Carly Duvall Le Riche as the company’s first General Counsel and Head of Legal.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to have Carly join our executive team and help us during this next phase of our growth strategy,” said Michael Walsh, CEO of Cariloop. “Her passion for helping high-growth companies, the way she approaches legal matters in a collaborative way and her willingness to explore what is possible as we continue to test and innovate is exactly what we are looking for.”

In this role, Le Riche will provide the guidance and support needed to enable accelerated levels of growth, impact and performance for Cariloop. She will also oversee the company’s ongoing compliance efforts, support intellectual property, employee relations and contracting efforts, and manage investor relations alongside the executive team.

Prior to joining Cariloop, Le Riche served as the Assistant General Counsel for TreviPay and Of Counsel at Spencer Fane. She has worked with a wide range of startups and emerging growth companies on a number of regulatory and licensing compliance issues, contract interpretation, employment matters and growth strategies. Le Riche has also held roles at Dentons US LLP, Lathrop GPM and clerked for the Senior Judge Nanette K. Laughrey in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

“As a working parent, I know firsthand the needs of caregivers. Supporting my blended family presents unique challenges as our children navigate elementary school, high school and young adulthood,” Le Riche said. “Therefore, to work with an organization whose mission and values align with my own is a dream come true for me. I am honored to have the opportunity to join this amazing team and work alongside an incredible group of people who care deeply about the work we do for caregivers and their families every day.”

She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska. Outside of the office, Le Riche serves as a board member of Kansas Appleseed, a statewide advocacy organization dedicated to building a more thriving, inclusive and just Kansas, as well as the vice chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel Financial Services Network. She lives in Kansas City with her husband and three kids.
