Marsbergen is a fraud and should be banned from OTCMarkets notice he's not on TSX Venture Exchange. Why didn't a Canadian company uplist on their own exchange when he was able to? He could have at one point but never bothered. I will tell you why because he knew his scam SP would never hold up and TSX Ventures would’ve banned him long ago so instead he preys on OTCMarkets- US investors where scams are allowed to stay scams hoping desperate newbies will throw money on it as a lotto play.
