On 6 March 2024, Jennie Daly (Chief
Executive) and Chris Carney (Group Finance Director) were granted a
conditional nil cost share award under the Taylor Wimpey
Performance Share Plan. The awards may be exercised on or after the
Company's preliminary results announcement in 2027, subject to the
satisfaction of performance conditions.
