Windar Photonics (AIM: WPHO), the
technology group that has developed a cost efficient and innovative
LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity generating wind turbines,
has been notified that on Friday 9 February 2024, Paul Hodges, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares").
Following this transaction, Mr
Hodges is interested in 3,250,318 Ordinary Shares in the Company,
representing 4.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the
Company.
