On June 4, 2024, Qurate Retail, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that David Rawlinson, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will be participating in a panel discussion at the Evercore ISI Consumer and Retail Conference on Tuesday, June 11th at 2:45 p.m. E.T. During the panel discussion, Mr. Rawlinson may make observations regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook, as well as other forward looking matters.
