Holding in Company

Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, announces that it has been informed that Mr. Falih Nahab has reduced his direct holding in the Company by 11.4 million ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result of these transactions, Mr Falih Nahab's interest in the share capital of Proton comprises 165,015,672 Ordinary Shares held indirectly via his 28 per cent. interest in SFN Cleantech Investment Ltd and 5,465,501 Ordinary Shares held directly by him representing respectively 24.57 per cent. and 0.81 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
