                             Disclosure of Interest





The Board of Northamber plc was informed today in accordance with sections 198
to 210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that on 3rd April 2003 Eaglet
Investment Trust plc purchased 965,000 ordinary shares of 5p each and
accordingly now has a holding of 1,505,000 ordinary shares representing
approximately 4.63 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The shares
will be registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd.
