RESULT OF THE CHESNARA PLC 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Chesnara plc announces that the resolutions proposed at its
Annual General Meeting held on 17 May 2022 were passed by a show of
hands. For information, the results of the AGM, which includes the
total number of votes received for each resolution, are set out
below. The Company's issued share capital on 17 May 2022 consisted
of 150,157,451 ordinary 5p shares and the number of voting rights
was also 150,157,451 ordinary 5p shares (as there were no treasury
shares).
