New KIB CEO Seon Kee Kim of Coretec newly appointed today in KIB filing the 19th in Korea . It looks like both Kim and Baek Seung-ryun are now acting CEO but maybe Baek Seung-ryun drops off later because in a previous filing it said he would act temporarily but a company can have 2 CEOs.
